We believe the ultimate luxury is the ability to truly personalize your space to reflect your unique personality.  The goal of initial client meeting is to understand you - your goals and dreams for your home, your lifestyle and priorities, and your personal design style.  During this meeting, we will discuss the scope of work, budget, and design process.    

In addition, we evaluate the existing space, take detailed measurements and photography, and document items to be retained for the project. 


By analyzing the information shared in the initial client meeting and evaluating the architectural elements, lighting considerations, and practical lifestyle requirements unique to your home and your family, we develop a creative vision for the design project.  In the design concept development meeting, we present our overall design concepts and ideal furniture plans.  We present the required scope of work and proposed budget.  The goal for this meeting is to ensure we are moving forward in the right direction and you are excited by the design ideas for your home. 


Continuing the positive momentum of the design concept development meeting, we bring our design vision to life.  We select furnishings, mill work, lighting, finishes, fixtures, art, window treatments, key accessories, etc.  The design presentation meeting is a particularly exciting stage of the design process as we reveal a clear picture of your new home.  Shortly thereafter, we provide the overall budget and detailed proposals for each item for your review and approval.  We utilize a web-based project management system enabling you to review project details at your convenience, 24 hours / 7 days a week.

In addition, as required we will schedule on-site consultations with our trades and vendors to review the project concepts and take detailed measurements in order to receive accurate quotes.  It is imperative that we meet on-site with third-parties to review potential obstacles and options from the start.  We can provide drawings to contractors for estimates as required. 


We handle all purchasing for the project.  Once proposals are signed and payment received, we place orders and establish a timeline for the project.  We actively communicate with our vendors and contractors on all of the details. 


We understand you have limited availability to handle the many details involved in a design project.  Our goal is to make the process as easy and seamless as possible for you.  We handle all selection, specification, ordering, delivery, and installation of all decor items for your project - everything from furniture to lighting to tile to window treatments.  Working with our team of receivers, delivery professionals, and installers, we ensure the carefully selected items for your home are handled with care and installed to specification.  This is where we kick into left-brain mode, handling the complex organizational demands of executing a luxury interior design project.

If your project includes a renovation, this is when the construction begins.  


Finally the big reveal has arrived! The TRC team walks with you through the finished space, and discusses all notable items. We leave you with a care document detailing how to care for specific pieces. Although most or all pieces have been invoices, there will be outstanding invoices from delivery companies, cleaning service, etc which we you will receive after the reveal. 


This can be in person or on the phone, depending on your schedule. We discuss any and all open issues and ensure you are satisfied with your new space. We will also kindly ask for any feedback, reviews/testimonials and referrals at the close of the project.
